Project review

Review each entry for personal information, location safety, accuracy, and duplicates before approving it.

Two steps: save, then publish. Approval, edits, hiding, and deletion change the review database first. Click “Publish map changes” to update the public collection. Changes become public after the Pages deployment succeeds; already open pages keep their previous data until reloaded. For an urgent removal, disable public access while deployment completes. Publish only from one administrator session at a time.

Remove all personal information before approval. For a private or sensitive site, replace both its location label and coordinates with a community location.
